hmm not sure what has happened to my game, was working fine for a few days and today it crashes after about 5 minutes of playing! really annoying its about the fifth time its happened. close to giving up!

Once you're powered up you can grab a gun out of the boot of a police car, don't need a shop .

How do I change the graphic settings? I've put 'graphics' to custom, went into advance and everything I try and change reverts when I scroll to another setting.

God this is retarded, it won't even let me change my graphics, I set it to extreme and everything stays at max except Anti Aliasing which just keeps jumping to random settings each time I try and change one of the other graphics settings.

Wtf did the developers do?

Ok I worked it out. Seems as I was a tight-wad when I bought a gamepad for WinUAE and didnt get a xbox original controller, stuff doesnt always work right.

You can download an xbox emulator from here , put the executable in the ...\Steam\steamapps\common\SleepingDogs directory, run it, configure it, and then save the settings. The game should then pick up on the new controls. Seems to be working for me.

GTA4's world is more dense and accessible. SD's world looks around the same size but has a lot of areas in between cities that are simply wasted space. I have played so far 16hrs and am 60% through the game. There is still a lot to do and I am still enjoying it heaps...

Worst port ever? LOL ok.

Just manually change the settings in the config, a few people are having their options reverted and it has fixed this.
