How on earth do you mix up tablets, do you not read the label.

It's no wonder people like Heath Ledger ended up overdosing if the general public are this dosey when it comes to medication.

They're the really, really small pills.. i'm a single bloke, my "medicine" shelf consists of resolve, ibuprofen and hayfever stuffs... forgot all about these pills i bought on the way to thailand, as they're exactly the same shape and size!

And it's not really overdosing, is it? 2 wrong pills?

Sleeping pills and hayfever pills (the drowsy kind like Benadryl) are exactly the same thing, they just tend to charge more for sleeping pills.

As for counteracting, your best bet is just a large cup of coffee.

There aren't any OTC or prescribed sleeping tablets that would kill you on their own, thankfully, unless i supposed you had a rare allergy to them. There used to be but they aren't prescribed anymore.

There are some anti-histamines that can be used as sleeping pills but not all sleeping tablets contain them.

Just don't tell them whats happened, I would not be happy if someone phoned in sick saying they have taken sleeping pills by accident.

Ummmm, zopiclone or zolpidem? and OTC, diphenhydramine? Overdoses can be lethal. a bit irresponisble to say they can't kill you.
