Slow Transfer Speed

Got a WD 2TB Black in today and when I try and transfer files from another HDD it goes fine and then the speed just crashes:

Tried transferring from every HDD and tried with different ports and it does the same thing every time. Think the drive is faulty or is there something I'm missing.

Try Benchmarking it with something like HD Tune pro or ATTO

Ran ATTO and got some error writing file, so I'm guessing the drive is faulty.
