Yup, massive smallville fan here :D

Was actually going to create a thread about it a while back, but thought I would just get called gay and all other things lol :p for watching it :o, so I didn't :p

I am on season 10 now, waiting for episode 6 :D

Loved pretty much every season especially season 9 and 7 and so far I am absolutely loving season 10, Clark becoming Superman and Darkseid, Lois and Clark etc. :D

Although sadly Lois has become rather annoying in the last 2 seasons now, she never shuts up, is always rambling on, so her voice has become rather annoying now :p

Season 8, I thought was good until the very last episode, Clark versus Doomsday, like 3 punches thrown, entire battle between them lasted like literally less than 30 secs and it was over :eek: :mad: :( :rolleyes:. They should have shot something similar to the cartoon Superman Doomsday (although probably would have been out of there budget to shoot something like that :rolleyes:).

What a complete joke Doomsday is the ultimate destroyer, only programmed for one thing and that is to kill superman/Ka-El, he is the ultimate destroyer, pretty much invincible, if he dies, he just comes back even stronger and more powerful etc.

Also really enjoyed the season with Brainiac (Thought James Marsters played the part really well, acting was superb) and Lionel as Jor-Els vessel.

EDIT: Also loved the part with Lana/Clark, and Lex in season 8 I think it was.


Season 10 is the final season, so no doubt:

Clark will only be in the superman costume for like the last 1-2 minutes of the final episode, oh and probably only learn how to fly properly in like the second last episode or final one :rolleyes:

Would like to see at least one entire episode of him actually as superman, the costume and all, or maybe the last 2 or 3 episodes :p

Season 10 so far has been the best going on the 5 eps released so far. Batman needs to do a cameo tho before the show is over!
 
Big fan here too and I agree with Nexus18's predictions that he'll learn to fly right at the end. From the start of the show the producers have repeatedly stated 'no cape/man in tights will ever happen' but that was ten seasons ago.

The show has had its good and bad seasons I've got to admit. The whole Zod thing almost put me off watching so I'm glad that's out of the way now.

Yeah and also Tom Welling doesn't want to wear the suit either :p, apparently he has been quite stubborn about it as well.

Although I can understand the reason why they would want to stay away from the suit as the show is based on Clark becoming Superman, the early years, how he becomes Superman, but they have to have at least one full episode of him as Superman wearing the suit, not just the last 2 minutes or whatever.

Actually just thinking, I wonder if they will do exactly the same as they did for the old Superman films (the ones with Christopher Reeves) where it shows Superman flying in space around the earth with the musci or something similar to that :p

Also on IMDB, if you look at the very last episode, it shows Tom Welling as Clark Kent/Superman where as for all the other episodes it shows him just as Clark Kent.

Was able to fly for like a second or 2 when Kara was teaching him, but then he just fell :p lol, I thought he would stop just before he hit the ground and hover like in Superman Returns, but I was wrong :p, it was just an epic fail :p

Well I'm just gonna put it out there but the 6 episodes of season 10 have been amazing, and when I say amazing I mean the Lois/Clark 'connection' :o

The moments between them have actually got to me ((I know, super gay)) but its been done really well, especially the barn scene where he floats? and the two episodes after that that cement their love.

Anyway, I've just lost about -100 manly points for throwing that out there, and I shall go and cower in the corner like a little girl. :p
