Smog pollution alert

Was earlier, and was caked in dirt. It felt like I'd been out digging in dirt at the height of summer.

Puts air pollution in perspective though.
Today was lvl 10 out of 10 for air pollution. Yet Chinese cities and others hit 10x that amount often.

London was a bit muggy today.. Not much to report apart from that.

I'm sure the building I work in probably has a filtration system so I didn't notice.

It's rained for the past couple of nights and my windows and car are covered in sand. Didn't realise what it was until I heard it on the radio this evening.

No problems in Manchester. Stop saying 'muggy'. It annoys me when on the weather they use it instead of humid and now it is being used instead of air pollution. Grrr.

I usually take news like this with a pinch of salt (or sand as the case may be) but for some reason my throat as been really sore last couple of days like a really raw kind of sore, which i have never had before and i have no other symptoms of infection or a cold, i wonder if this could have a little to do with it.

I'm smack bang in a 'red zone', cars a lovely shade of sand with a black undercoat and I've had a dull headache which is more annoying than anything else.

I can see it and feel it but my nose and eyes have been fine.. All the cars around London are crazy dirty tho! And I left my window open at night and that is covered in dust too..

Been quite bad here the last couple of days (South Somerset) - the mornings so hazy visibility is probably down to about 400m and definitely close feeling.

Well, I was pretty bad during the day today in London, but this evening I'm verging on not going to work tomorrow. Got a horrendous weezy cough (which feels very much like asthma) and my eyes are itching out of my skull. My face is itching as well, so it's full on allergy apocalypse time here :(
