Well locking it to 1920x1080 does not mess up my screen and totally kill performance like it does in Heaven, so this is 1920x1080 again no OC on POS CPU.

Good guesstimate BTW. :)

Thanks, was actually Core 1267mhz in both tests but boost raised a bit as it ended when results came up and I hit screen capture.

It hard to catch screen on time for the Standalone Bench as it closes real fast.

Ahhh, I have the game installed (not bad but repetitive) and the screen stays there till told otherwise. Just thought I would add a screenie for verification, as my frames seemed very high compared to UKSoldierboys heavily overclocked 290X.

Well he was honest as his initial run with only a screen capture and was too high FPS IMO and no log, he had settings at default so he sorted it and ran again.

You have 2x GPU's and he has 1x GPU so do not see any problem, different section.

No point in cheating as only kidding yourself.

@ Jh30UK - I meant my frames seemed very high considering his 290X is highly overclocked compared to my stock clocks. I didn't want people to think I was cheating :D

Edit:

Thanks for doing this Kaap :)

290X does seem to struggle in this compared to 780ti's and Titans, your build is different to the one i tried Greg and you use Windows 7, i doubt very much though it would make that much difference.

Ah well, you win some and lose some:D

^^ Wish I could OC like your CPU and see what it would do to score, I am wasting this GPU on stock CPU, had a 5.0GHZ 2700k before with 680 4GB

Yes and batch confirms it by XSF peeps with same batch.

4.2GHZ not stable with 1.28v, cannot even post Bios with Asus auto settings in Bios for 4.2/4.4/4.6.

I got it stable at 4.2GHZ but voltage was far higher than need be (cannot remember what it was though 1.3+v)

I have being lucky before with all my AMD/Intel CPU's since 2001, this is 1st POS sample.

I had to do a double take on frames, as looking at your frames (I know single GPU) and then halving my frames, I thought I must have some setting wrong. Quite surprised how well this scales in honesty and great returns for 2 cards. I might even give this game another play :)

Played all them all, v1 years ago and v2 at launch, including both Zombie expansions. :)

The 1st game is harder and less forgiving.

Greg, your FPS are bang on going by Kaps single score on same hardware, CPU is faster on your side but as he said this game is more about GPU with the settings used.

Kap, Would a run @ 2304x1440p be fair as less pixel than the other peeps @ 1440p?
