And dad who shot someone was in self defence as the guy had broken into his house armed, so it isn't murder.

I know it's a .38 but can it chamber .357 Magnums, that would make it more funI've got a .357 here with my name on because I figure that if I own the bullet with my name on it then I'm safe
It's not the one with your name on it you have to fear, it's the bullets addressed "to whom it may concern" you've got to worry about
