The video that this image is taken from was recorded in 1933, which is the same year that the Nazi's first came to power in Germany. They weren't killing anyone in 1923, as you claim...
1923 was the year of the Putsch, Nazis killed several police officers iirc.

I haven't heard the reaction to the video. But it appears to be unauthorised that The Sun as posted.
If they are hyper aware about privacy they would complain about the publication like they did with the one with her in the car.
Though I suspect it was a planned photo-op.
I don't know why the games are being played. It is natural that if someone regularly appears in public or posts online then suddenly disappears people are going to ask questions. Maybe she realises now that being overly open creates an expectation.

They could have quite easily done something normal just to make an appearance, these are some of the most photographed people in the world, I doubt it would bother them.

It was more that he'd died and an announcementwas imminent. I was doubtful, as we had a lot of those false alarms with Liz, but the royals are having a bit of a weird moment, so who knows.
You spelt aliens wrong.
Look at how Parliament reacted when Liz did actually die, and all the wheels that were put into motion before it was officially announced. I think it'd be just as obvious if Charles had popped his clogs.
