Waved bye to the merc last week and after 2 years in a derv I sorely missed my old 335.

So I did the only sensible thing and put down a deposit (private sale) on an e92 M3 :D Picking her up tomorrow and I honestly can't wait.

2007 plate 37k miles with all the options I wanted (EDC, professional sound etc) and in the exact colour combination (Jerez black and Dakota Red leather).

I was shocked at the condition, honestly pristine and even my Dad who is no petrol nut thought it looked pretty damn good inside and out. I never quite appreciated how much better the m3 is compared to my old 335. Not even close.

Will post pics tomorrow :)

Edit: Updated DSLR pics and exhaust comparison after paul did the 2.5 pipe mod

In terms of options it has:

EDC
Pro Hi-fi
USB Music interface & 6CD changer
Folding Mirrors
Heated seats driver and passenger
Adaptive headlights
Interior lighting package
Leather carbon interior trim
PDC front and rear.

I paid £19,300 for it in the end and you'd be hard pressed to find anything close to the condition, mileage and spec at that price range now.

I almost wish you hadn't posted until tomorrow. :D Seems like a good choice, hope you enjoy it. Picsssss

Nice one! I bet you won't be able to sleep tonight :D
Anyways pics or it didn't happen :p

Don't go turning the traction control off and try drifting only to spin out and completely destroy one of your rims! :D

Welcome to the club, looking forward to pics, Jerez Black looks very good when clean :)

Who would do that? Honestly :p

Nice - loved the sounds and speed of Vox's (as he was slowly pulling away from me pulling onto the motorway). Powerful enough but subtle enough to make it a great daily driver - but also great for having fun with

If I were ever to get a BMW it would be one with a V8. Enjoy it.

That's a point, if you haven't had a look already, get Paulwelder on M3Cutters to do the 2 pipe OEM exhaust mod to yours, stock the car is a little bit too muted, however the mod really opens up the sound of the V8. Details can be found here: http://forums.m3cutters.co.uk/showthread.php?t=122602

Paul does an amazing job and is a really nice bloke, cannot fault him at all.

Edit: Just realized you're in London, if you're kind of local (south-east) am happy to meet up so you can hear the mod in person before going for it :)
