I guess the people running GAME are going along the same thought process as you.
GAME easily had the resources to do what so many other retailers have done in recent years, and to switch to the same online strategy that you outline in the previous post.
Game overexpanded and oversaturated their market. That was their mistake. They were also extremely unfortunate in terms of timing in that the recession kicked in right as they'd signed up for expensive property leases. Selling on the high street and charging higher prices than online is not an inherently flawed strategy.
