And I recommend anyone thinking of getting power of attorney, lay clear rules as to what conditions would mean your power attorney should be removed, and have a back up listed, and have some entirely different listed to watch whoever is your power of attorney.For those not married if suggest you getting power of attorney for each other for finance and health.
Saves a lot of hassle and covers your bases, allowing you to make decisions on their behalf if they can't or die.
