So My PS3 Stopped Reading Discs, What Should I Do?

Got my 3rd PS3 sent to me free of charge from sony. I had the lazer of death on my original ps3, they sent me the worlds noisest ps3, I complained and they sent me a new one lol. Upon receipt of my new 3rd ps3 the little black HDD bay cap was missing, I phoned them and they sent me a cap in the post. It arrived this morning now finally got a fully working, silent ps3 again!!
