So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

Whoop! Long trip home, going to miss the train by a few minutes... next one is in an hour. Good thing I'm allowing myself a lie in tomorrow ;) We were decent throughout, dominated the ball in the middle and dealt with a poor Villa side very well other than a 5 minute spell. Second half we bossed it. There was a moment in the second half when the ball was in our box, there was also a Villa player in our box... and that was it. He wasn't near the ball. That was the total sum of Villa's attacking play in the second 45 mins.

Sorry el dazza, but if I had to watch that all season I'd tear my ****ing eyeballs out :p Good luck for the rest of the year.

Don't know if it'll count as his goal - his shot then a bit of a bundle across the line. I missed the train by 8 seconds... after the taxi driver decided to stop and have an argument with someone! Got me a four pack of brew dog and a ham sandwich for the hour wait, so I might just give myself the day off tomorrow :)
 
Think we are back to our best now our troubles are behind us. Really good performance from everyone today. I have run out of amazing ways to describe Knockaert. I couldn't believe what I was seeing at times from him today. His skills for the first goal were awesome, and that was about the 3rd best thing he did!

Should have put that game to bed in the first half - didn't have our scoring boots on unfortunately.

Then in the second half we let them get back into it and ultimately succumbed to the pressure.

Based on their second half performance Villa deserved the draw but we need a bit more of a killer instinct if we want automatic promotion.
