So the guy who bought a Picture of an Xbox One on eBay... Has been given a Free Xbox One

Not really, it's negative publicity because it also highlights what they are charging for secondhand nextgen consoles. That is also being mentioned in the same chatter.

no such thing

all your doing is notifying people who are willing to pay over the odds where to get them from as they have plenty of stock.

it's been repeated millions of times, nobody is being ripped off, people are willingly paying more because of supply and demand. nobody is holding a gun to their heads.

if they were patient all they would have to do is wait til january and then buy for much less than the going rate.

so either you smarten up and pre-order in future, be patient and wait, or pay the going rate. simple as that really.

As the great song goes:

Oh Nottingham, Oh Nottingham
Is Full of Fun, Is Full of Fun
Oh Nottingham is Full of Fun
Its full of T1ts, Fanny and Forest
Oh Nottingham is Full of Fun

Ill take the ban, as its such a great song :D

This has annoyed me greatly. Just seems the absolute opposite of what should happened. Life lesson not learned for him; wonder when it will happen again.

I Wonder if he has volcano insurance.

Still a hateful thing to do to somebody - people put up auctions like that because they hope it will decieve somebody, close to hate crime imo.

the seller is a piece of human debris no doubt, but that doesn't mean the guy who was basically a moron should get rewarded.

If MS PR dept want to get some free publicity, at least give a free XboxOne to Great Ormond Street Hospital, but not to an idiot. last thing we need are more idiots on Xlive

CEX marketing for the "good guys"... ugh.

I think the title "Teenage father spends child benefits on Xbox One picture" would be more of a fitting title.

CeX need all teh "good" publicity they can get tho, charged over RRP for 2nd hand gear all the time :p

Pretty sure I saw guys in the Newcastle branch cracking stuff open just so they could sell on as 2nd hand lol

I bet he trades that in within a month as his son wont be able to play it or some other nonsense . As for cex i would not buy anything from them,Been in the shop a few times and looked at some games and the cases usually stink of smoke and p**s and the odd one had something sticky .
