The IP didn't work because it was blocked for being an "Unknown Website", I'm in through google translate though!

If you're able to install software to laptops and computers at your school/college (I'm assuming that you are AT LEAST able to install something such as a web browser), I suggest you download something called "HOLA VPN and BROWSER". I'd personally suggest downloading it at home and putting it onto a USB storage device (or portable USB HDD, or something similar) and then installing it to a computer sneakily.

Don't use Hola if you need privacy and security. It's very easy for Hola exit nodes to sniff your traffic. It doesn't have a good track record. http://adios-hola.org/

What draconian school do you go to. Blocking IP's from an "unknown website"? sounds like you have a whitelist....
When I was at school the best thing was using the old glitch in windows media player to access the root of the server and steal OEM installers of all the software as well as get access to restricted directories... fun stuff.
