So who not received their copy of Wow Cataclysm

Oh, please. Stop trolling and go away. I'm not averse to buying digital copies - I have plenty on Steam - but I wanted a physical copy of Cataclysm and quite frankly, I can buy whatever the Hell I want.

A pre-order - to my experience and knowledge - is meant to secure you a copy for the release date so it's not our fault, it is the vendor or delivery company's fault.

I'm dissapointed with Amazon, given the backlog and time of the year you'd think they'd release things early.

The game was also released on the 6th in the UK so delivery date of the 7th was wrong anyway :p

I think if my brothers copy (royal mail) doesn't turn up by this afternoon I'll buy him a copy via digital download.

Seriously just leave because really what should happen to you shouldn't be said in a public forum damn troll.

Royal fail still don't have it not even in the backlog at the pathetic sorting office. Really is a total farce of a company. Funny how they have not managed to deliver my compensation cheque either.
 
Im a bit of a sucker for WoW Collector Editions, so i preodered mine from Amazon back in September...

Apparently it was dispatched on the 6th with City Link but its still sitting in the Collection Depot (somewhere)...

Might be a week or so before i have it...:mad:
 
i made my preorder for the ce with game back in october and it arrived on launch day
i havent actually played it yet tho as i wont be subscribing again until monday :p

Why did you people who actually wanted to play it on release day not just buy the Digital Edition from Blizzard?.

Im not trolling here im just finding it hard to understand why you would be complaining when you knew for a fact the only real way to be sure to have it is via the digital release.

Or buying it instore... considering all the files were predownloaded before cata was released...
 
My guess is because they thought it would be delivered early or at least on the day, thereby saving money? Some of my guild got it the day before!

Really, not getting it on the day it was promised to you is not the buyers fault. Its the seller who lied or was unable to complete their promise.

The end result is not to use that seller again because they can be relied on. People coming here and posting 'you should have gone digital' is idiotic. Its like me saying people who went digital are suckers because they paid £5 more than I did from getting it retail. But really they probably had their reasons - same for the people who ordered from online sellers. crowing about one method or the other is pretty sad.

I've always received my pre-orders before the day the game has been released (including 2 copies of every wow expansion as I had 2 accounts back then). Also, the snow may have affected otehr parts of the country but in my area it has been long gone.

If you're a delivery company like Royal Fail or **itty Link you damn well better deliver things on time, really.
 
Well still no show for me, tbh i don't think i see it until proberly sometime next week if im lucky, but then it's also forcast more cold weather next week to, so with the backlog and xmas ony a couple of weeks away, it could proberly only show up after the new year.
 
dont get your hopes up if you havent recieved it yet... still waiting for 2 christmas presents that were aparently sent from play on the 28th...

cant even do anything about it for 21 days.. ridiculous
 
Im raging at royal fail because my postie managed to deliver bills and junk mail 1 days after they have been sent but cant get me my game that was posted on the 3rd. Why else do you think we are moaning.
 
still nothing but i am having normal post and other parcels ordered last week delivered fine. Had a big tripod delivered from the MM in less than a week, yet 2 dvd sized cases cannot make their way through my front door :(
 
I got mine digitally, but i guess i am not that much better off since the qeue getting into the game is immense! I play on a heavy pop server and I have to go through 2-3 hours of wait everytime I tried to login! :<
 
Bought my brother a copy as the Royal Mail haven't delivered his yet.

They've managed to deliver bills / stuff my Dad has orderd fine :(

Maybe because most wanted the CE? If i wasnt going CE i would just get the digital download. :)
 
Finally got my copy this morning. :D

To be fair to delivery people my work's post depot is on top of a hill and would've been a nightmare to get to.

:( mine still hasn't come most sites say they won't do anything for 28 days :(

We don't even have any snow here in Belgium :(
