After my initial despair that I missed getting tickets for the Bristol leg, he annouced the extra dates and he's coming to Plymouth and I got tickets! Woot! :p

Very much looking foward to it, day before my Birthday aswel :) Reviews look good and I loved his first two so it's doubtless that I'll enjoy it.

So anyone else going, or already seen it?
 
Will probably have to catch it on DVD.

If it's as good as Animals it should be awesome. Politics was ok but not quite up to the same standard imo.
 
Apparently there maybe a third series, Ricky and Stephen had so much much doing the last one they want to do another. Good news if true!

Same for me. All the Manchester ones are booked out surely. I'll wait for the DVD.

As for Extras I reckon we'll get a third series. How can Ricky Gervais get ALL of his celebrity admirers into just two series?! He'd need a third at least to get most of them in.:D

We had Madonna yet? Didn't she say she'd clean his kitchen for him?
 
tried both times to get tickets. First time sold out and the second time, I added them to my basket but timed out as I had a customer.... Gutted :( Mostly thanks to those people selling the tickets for stupid prices on ebay.... :mad: :o

Me and a friend are going along to see him on March 6th in plymouth, got tickets for the tiered seating, not ideal but better than the balcony.

Another friend was queing with her boyfriend and a friend from 5am and managed to get 12 tickets for the 3rd row back between them!

Long time to wait though.

I'd love to go (to wherever he's appearing closest to Stoke) ... just so long as he doesn't do that laugh of his. I'm not buying off ebay touts though :mad:
 
Me and the missus are going to see him at the Apollo on 20th March. :cool:

Oh and I'm fairly sure him and Steve are not doing another series of Extras. Like with The Office, even though there's probably some more comedy they could milk from the show, they know when to quit.
 
Last I heard is that after this stand-up Gervais wants to have a go in drama, as he loves serious roles in the right things.
