Just a thought.....as this is aimed clearly at Enterprise. So maybe,

Home users - Windows 9
Business users - Windows 10

Start menu was always around in one way or another even on Win8,not like this was a well kept secret for Windows 10.

Personally still waiting to see the new awesome features,Start menu on 10 does not count

New task list button on task bar. Looks like it loads new "alt+tab" view with multiple desktops.

You've always been able to paste in command prompt. Just not with CTL V
