as above.

As I cant get my 360 to stream them, I have tried everything, that I can find but it dones not work for me.

So this would be the next step.

I was able to stream them with an app called Transcode 360, which basically sits in the system tray of your PC.
Not sure about conversions.

Edit. I've double checked all of my files and it's AVI I'm referring to. Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but these are divx right?

It has Media Player 11, which has it built in :) Ultimate also has Media Center, which isn't WMC (that's the acronym for Windows Media Connect).

TVersity does work quite well after you've set it up, it's just not amazing friendly with codec management really (getting better though, there's a codec pack in the latest release iirc). Still, if it's only for a handful of video's, the solution Andy posted will work fine (WMC or Media Player).

Personally, unless they add xvid support to the 360 (which is rumoured in the next dash), I recommend persisting with TVersity.

Transcode 360 needs to be installed on a Media Centre PC. TVersity can be installed on an ordinary XP machine and works very well with an Xbox360.
