After the "OMG JUNE WAS HOT" news this week I've done a quick look to see if HOT = Generation....Conclusion is not really for my location.
June was good, 648 units. However May also generated 631. Those are big numbers for my system.
In 2022 I only went over 600 twice. 602 in June and 622 in July.
2021 was "rubbish" for peak numbers, only 568 in April. The whole year was about 300 units down on an average year. 4.3k vs 4.6k
Best month ever? April 2020. Lockdown #1. 708 units! The 2nd highest generation in 2020 was in April at 582.

Would agree with your assessment @john_smith . May was decent, in fact the best block this year for me which carried into start of June. From about 12th June till now it has been quite **** to be honest. Certainly don't believe the hottest ever statement anyway.

The Irish summer is in full swing here, how about you @Welshman ? I don't think there's gonna be any call for a hosepipe ban here or even next year at this rate..

Its in the high 20s here and not a cloud in the sky……..currently the heat is knocking production down to 600watts, when its been around 1.5kws over the past few days after 5pmThe Irish summer is in full swing here, how about you @Welshman ? Panels thoroughly washed again. Sun came out finally at 4pm, good job I have West facing panels.. 10kWh in the end.
Oh man, that sun was absolutely intense today. I think it was too hot to break the highest peak of 28.6 in June, but it was close. 28.2kw.
With an additional 95kwh of storage to make use of now, every last watt is getting used/stored.

18.7kwhs in the end……
21kWh for me in sunny Kent @ 7.16 efficiency with 6.5kWh exported to Octopus, some between 4-7pm too Oh and the batteries were all full by 11am and stayed that way until sundown. Now as a downer the rest of the week until Friday looks like cloud & showers grrrrr.....
