Solar panel production figures

I think I have to link from givenergy all in one rather than the solax

Edit
hhmmm, importing oO hehe

Chaps just left, just waiting on AIO to finish updating and go through initial calibration atm.

Presumably the Givenergy AIO is the battery, so to upload PV you'll need to upload data from the Solax, but I'm not familiar with either, hopefully someone else can explain how to set it up, it varies depending on what system you have.

Perhaps have a look through the team and see who's using Solax, for best results you want live uploads.

Perhaps have a google "solax to pvoutput uploads"

No idea if the following is any good.

Will have to put a hold on that, got a problem with setup, lost power 3 times in home, I have no idea why. Total of 48s downtime over 3 outages at 17:00, 18:22 and 20:56 but I don't know why, its a gateway hooked up to a battery with grid power so I shouldn't lose power at all.

Not sure why but the solax string inverter reports 3 errors "Grid Freq Fault, Grid Volt Fault and Grid Lost Fault" but I don't see that being the problem, someone on the forums suggested the network cable being loose could give a local power cut but the times seem a bit odd to be honest. After the 17:00 one I was told that install chap and givenergy were running some tests and may have shut the gateway off (possible explain the first one but not the follow up two) but why would that stop the grid power? Shouldn't that just be passthrough? Lot of question to ask installer tomorrow.

Time to go to bed in fear of being woken by UPS beeping at me.

Went offline twice this morning in quick succession, I think they were doing something, finally got commissioned message so hopefully whatever was going on is sorted and any future firmware checks/updates won't cut power to the house which I don't understand how it was possible in the first place but hey ho.

Not bad so far :)

GE Inverter been hovering between 40-50c

@alphaomega16 do you have whole house backup?
That is what the gateway is supposed to be, 20ms switch time if grid goes down but something screwy has been going on and whatever they were doing to update firmware and do checks and whatnot it was just flat out stopping power.

They reckon they have sorted it now so I will see how it goes over next few days but whole house going down during firmware checks/updates seems awfully wrong.

Got this reply from GE an hour ago

TheDragon (GivEnergy)

GW version 5 (Firmware update) Allows the Grid relay to remain closed, for an AIO update.

Firmware was updated yesterday though and I am not sure how to check gateway firmware, waiting to hear back from them. I can see battery firmware though.

Also asked them why if battery calibration had started why it had not discharge the battery still, just waiting to hear back.

Edit
This is it sitting in the cupboard, Battery on left with inverter above and gateway on the right same color layout as the battery.

14.0kWh generated and nothing exported. Need the weather to improve now, its dreadful.

Just as well as it turned out my Flux Export is not active yet. Apparently my meter had been set up incorrectly as an import meter! It's showing correctly in the app and online now so hopefully this 2 month pain in the backside is now over. :o

Not liking the givenergy cloud thing, massive gaps in data, not showing daily consumption in home but displays current consumption and there are gaps of 1-2 hours in data, does it not store anything up to the point it sends. Gonna have to get onto the live chat tomorrow see if I can suss out whats going on.

now as of 40m ago im running off grid and ive given up on trying to figure out whats gone wrong so will be ringing them up tomorrow. Battery was at 63% and there was a yellow circle in the Givenergy cloud page but I couldn't find out what it was supposed to mean.
