Solar panel production figures

Not a great day at all today, both on the solar and battery front. I experienced an SOC drop and I've only managed to extract 10.5kwh from my 13.5kwh usable battery. I've got a firmware update available so I will take the opportunity to update it and re-calibrate the BMS.

the battery went from 45% at 17:00 to 0% just before 20:00 and I only used 2.5kwh in that period. In theory 45% should equate to 6kwh before inverter losses, so call it 5.5kwh actual capacity.

projected 8.19, generated 2.4, exported 0, currently on grid power !!

Been an absolutely awful few days here, today I scraped just 2.5kW. Awful.

Despite the dreary end, October finished 9% ahead of target on 568kWh generated. 247.5kWh of that was exported, netting me all of about £37 in credit for my bill. I imported £98.63 + SC of £19.19, for a total of about £81. October 2023's electricity bill was £245 without the electric car, so that's a very decent saving. Of the import (1158kWh), 458kWh was the car. We had an average import cost of just 8.46p/kWh which is very nice. I expect that will get very much worse for the next quarter before rebounding again in spring.
