I guess its possible... I've even sent things ive messed up on (apparently forgot test if a switch would dock) that I've accepted return for repair on that have turned into "can you fix x console for me"... Generally I've had just really good experience on ebay. I have used their support before not this year mind and their phone support has always been good when ive used it.
