It's a scam, you don't complete PayPal transactions outside of eBay and should only ship to buyers who are eligible for seller protection (verified PayPal address).

For an item of that value I'd probably sell on here or locally, on eBay you have to accept PayPal even for collection items though (against the rules to say cash on collection only).

But you can just tell them it's cash only. You don't have to sell it to them.
