Some Ebay help please .

They maybe from Spain but its still illegal either way and you should do something about it.

But then again I think that thinking they are the real thing and not copies is well standard. I'll think they were real and not dodgy.
Anything on ebay could be dodgy. Its just a matter of trust. I'd say you were (the wife was) just unlucky.

But try to get your money back. Don't back down...

Didnt the price seem wrong for 5 seasons? I collect star trek dvd box sets and i would certainly be suspicious if i won 5 seasons as cheaply as you did.

But i would deffo inform paypal to get your cash back :)

Tell them you didnt get the goods tho, as any other way paypal dont seem to care.

I'd complain directly to the seller as my first choice. As it is illegal to sell copies, then you expect them to be originals unless it clearly stated that they were copies. As it didn't state this you want a full refund. Either they pay up or you go to stage 2. Inform Paypal and get them to do a chargeback. As Paypal almost always take the buyers side, this gives you a good chance of getting your money back at this stage. If you turn out to be the exception to the Paypal rule then it's time to get nasty and inform FACT, Trading Standards, Customs and Excise, and anyone else you can think of that might get them out of business and you get a proportion of your money back from the liquidation.

Depends how much it's worth and how strongly you feel really as to how far you go.

Well as mentiond the wife is abit slow as far as these things go...seen a bargain and bought it :P
I have emailed the seller and asked her to refund...If no joy i will take it to paypal and inform the appropriate people about the seller .

Thanks
