Well...in 2008,2009 I asked allways people on ebay who are selling there steam accounts if they could buy me uncut games...hehe
than someone said to me well try this forum they might help you and now im here

Why is paypal gift not trustworthy ?
Done it a couple of times to save a couple of pennies and had a guy from the UK gift the game to me...
I find it surprising, Germany has some good laws ( like no speed limits on some motorways), but also some utterly ridiculous ones. I don't understand how in a free modern western country, the government can think they can ban or censor games, retards

How can people even agree with them laws? I really think the people who ban these sort of things must have something loose in their head, they can not be 100% mentally imo if they think games like GTA have to be censored or Wolvenstein banned

Well that's bs right there as vac doesn't detect or ban for scripts.
It's a game, if someone wants to slash hookers and pee over people or put a cat on your shotgun ( postal 2) then they should be allowed to, it's a game, entertainment, the point is you can do things you cannot in real.
