Some of my sleeving work

Very nice work indeed, nice to see such a bespoke area coming to OCUK.

May be tempted to send my PSU your way to finish my rig off nicely!

Thanks man, it is nice to get my stuff out to more people, its such a big thing though, if you are watercooling, painting your case etc, the custom sleeving brings it all together, a lot of people dont bother with it

TBF, I think a lot of people don't know about it. Most people are hiding their cables and showing off their water pipes instead. I think by showing off how pretty you can make sleeving, people will wake up to what is available.

I don't bother with any of that stuff myself, I just like a black stealthy case with no windows or the likes. That way I can put really ugly stuff in the case if I want. No worries if the motherboard I want clashes with the colours of the graphics card or hard drives!

Haha, thats cheating! :D

Great work Mr Pexon. Considering that they are all custom made by hand I think they are a billy bargain to be honest, I've just priced up 1 x 24 pin, 4 x 6 pin and 1 x 8 pin eps, all plain black Bitfenix extensions and the total was £40.94, so for the same set in paracord being £50, a £9 difference is nothing really. My plan was to buy the Bitfenix ones and buy the 2nd colour needed paracord, and just replace the cables I want in my 2nd colour. But it works out roughly the same price, and from watching all of Lutros videos, I don't think I have got the patience to do a decent enough job. When I've got the cash you have got my custom mate.:)

we could always ban you if you like?

Pexon are working on a set of cables for myself at the moment.

we are actually working towards a partnership between Pexon and OcUK further down the line.

there is also no vying for business in this post so I fail to see why an Overclockers UK sanctioned vendor rep should have to put up with that sort of attitude.

That's interesting and hope it's not only for 8Pack systems, but that's another idea.

rjkoneill, i asked Gibbo when the Superflower PSUs launched about doing custom cables and he was probably busy to be able to get back to me. Do you think OcUK can sort something out here whereby they are braided to order and ready for dispatch directly from either OcUK or they are sent to PexonPCs for the customers convenience? Parcel rates for joe public are extortionate.

Thanks Rich, I have not done anything to try and garner business from this thread, I simply wanted to share some of my work.

As Rich said, we are working on something, down the line, so who knows yet. I am working on a set of cables for Rich the next few weeks with the dogs danglies MDPC-X sleeving. I will post some pics of the progress later down the line.

In regards to the Super Flower PSUs, I would have to have a look at them. It looks as if they use a different pinout and propitiatory connectors, but it would be more than doable.

As I said, they are made by hand, to your requirements.

The Bit-Fenix ones are limited in colours, I can offer different colours, styles materials and so on, they don't offer that. I have access to a countless number of colours, camos and patterns etc.

You want them long, short, rainbow, straight, whatever, I can do that, stuff off the shelf can't.

I make everything, absolutely any cable on my site, by hand, with quality components. I source most of my parts from the UK or US. For example, I don't use cheap quality crimps, only genuine Molex ones, same as my connectors, no corners are cut, with anything. If you are spending 2K on your rig, I don't see an issue in another 10-20 on the finishing touches.
Sorry to go on, I feel I need to justify my pricing.

How much to braid my rm850 cables

Very nice, price is very reasonable too for what you get.
I would have loved some blue, black, white extensions when I was upgrading back in August but compromised on bitfenix blue black. If I'd known about these I would have happily paid the premium to get the colours I wanted and a decent length. At the minute I've got a lot of excess PCI extension and 24 pin extension tucked up behind the mobo.

Nothing much to add but i really like those coiled usb cables.

Not that my room / rig is tidy enough to justify forking out for really nice cables :O

Well said Rich - sorry I missed you when I visited Ocers a few months ago now - hope your cables turn out really nice, and post some pics when you get them please.
