Someone got the Radeon R9 290 by mistake 'primouf' OCUK

One would hope so.
Then again, as Matt pointed out in another thread, the stock cooler isn't too bad (at higher speeds at least) on the vrms. At least it wasn't with our 7970 ref coolers anyway.

Still, I'd be very interested to what the results are.

ED: Matt, how did your hybrid do?

The hybrid was actually the best of the lot at vrm cooling. Mainly due to the fact that the small and pathetic 80mm fan was aimed right at the vrms. It was still not good enough though.
 
He said it was difficult to install the Hybrid, especially the VRM part, but he said they are cooled well and he is afraid of starting Furmark @ 1,45V :D
I asked for screens and facts and told him that England is waiting :D
