Ok guys, I just went ahead and filtered the MAC address and he hasn't reconnected. Will monitor to make sure he doesn't try any other dodgy business! Have also put my known wireless devices in trusted devices list.

Can WEP be broken by any other method than brute force? If not, could a more complicated password not help?

If OP can't find IP address of the client using the Super Hub, then OP is clearly not capable of "trolling" the person....
How did you incorrectly arrive at the conclusion that the OP couldn't work out his IP address?
