Google the mac address to find out what machine type is accessing.

Should give you an idea as to who it is

If he is prepared to break your WEP code then there's not much you can do if he really wants on.

Can WEP be broken by any other method than brute force? If not, could a more complicated password not help?

More often than not I can crack WEP in less than 10 minutes, regardless of the password strength.

WEP is so trivial to crack that it isn't worth using a more complicated password.

@the OP, I would just change your password weekly. Eventually they hopefully will get bored of cracking it.

If OP can't find IP address of the client using the Super Hub, then OP is clearly not capable of "trolling" the person....
