Someone stole my ST badge

Yesterday I noticed that the badge had been removed from the back of my car alone with a nice little scratch where they've wedged a screwdriver or something behind to remove the badge.

Why the hell do we bother even attempting to have nice things as there is always some scuffy little **** (girl's front bottom) that will try and ruin it for you?

At the moment, what with my car needing the bumper repairing/replaced, the alloys are in desperate need of a refurb and now i'll have to sort the back out too... even if i do all this there'll be some little ****** who will just wreck it even more.

I just want rid of the car and to replace it with an absolute piece of dog turd.

:( Reminds me of when Goliath posted up about some lovely hard working individual leaving gouge marks in his paint when they'd deprived his Focus of its RS badge.

Your ST badge is now probably fitted to someone's Astra 1.6 RS Coupe V6 GSi Turbo thingymabob.

What a penis. I hope you see their car going around with your badge and have a decent opportunity to get it back, even if that's unlikely.

Some people are so jealous of other people's achievements as they themselves have probably achieved nothing of merit and never will. I hope you have a garage you can store the car in instead of a drive, assuming that's where it was nicked from. Or you could perhaps use a cover if you think that'd discourage them.

Unfortunatley true :(

Sorry dude. Scrotes :(

it was probably a kid who will now stick it on his wall like a trophy.

back in the 80s everyone used to stick the VW ones on chains because some rapper started a fad?

.

Still not sorted it, nor the 3ft long key mark down the passenger side, think mine is one of the scabbiest RSs going :p

Do feel your pain Peter, but I take the view that it doesn't affect the way it drives so it isn't too much of an issue. Did take me a week to calm down though....

It makes me angry on your behalf though guys. Saw a car that had been keyed around here recently too, and saw some guy with a brand new Alfa getting his keyed pretty much straight after he'd left it by some chavs he'd never met before in his life. Boils my blood that.

Nice to see you lurking in the shadows John :)

Have I hell.

Still have the headlight covers but those stupid jacking point covers fall off at the thought of a slight breeze, never mind when I go for a spirited drive.

Surprisingly I have 2 of 4 remaining.

Thing is, to remove the badge without scratching the paint isnt exactly difficult!

Bottoms the lot of them!

One of the side spats went missing from one of my Rovers, they seem to fetch a bit second hand, I cant see it having fallen off as I would have run the thing over, but its a very odd thing to steal.

i know how it feels, when i got a key mark right along 3 panels on my passenger side, it makes you wonder why you bother to buy nice things, sickening :(

Unfortunately, that's the way of the world these days :(

My old car was a shed of a Punto, still did my head in tho when I parked it up at Uni (in Salford admittedly) and it had 2 huge key marks down one side when I got back to it after handing some work in.

All in the space of 15-20 mins tops!

GET A LIFE FFS.

My Fez hasn't been harmed yet (touch wood) however i've probably just completely jinxed it now and there will be a huge dent or scratch on it when I go back out to it!

Wow, up North sounds terrible, around these parts nice cars are ten a penny so they get left alone.

Hope next time you catch the scrotes.
