I wondered if that was the plug/adaptor thing. My lights have a tiny battery pack. Nowhere near as big as that thing if that's what it is. I try and hide mine in the tree or the pot though. Leaving it loose is a bit lazy if that's what it is.looks like maybe the battery pack for some lights getting dragged along behind it?

It definitely needs someone to get to the root of the matter. I feel sorry for the staff. They'll be pining for the tree.
