The Mesiah (sorry BT Engineer) seperated my phone line from my broadband line and stuck them on seperate cables. We have six phone points which he sorted out and rewired to the first box for us. He then installed a new fist box with a small third world country sized built in ADSL filter. He then went down the exchange and did whatever magic he needed to do down there and voila. We went from a 4-6mbs connection to a steady 16mbs. I was going to leave them but i'm staying now LOL
Anything else he did i didnt see because the wife had the painters in. No not them painters, real ones.
