Season 2 went a bit quiet at times but picks up in season 3.

Season 4 is EPIC, the last episode in series is something else although I hope they don't drag it out too much in the last series as I'm not sure how the main storyline would span another 12 episodes. Hmm

I though the opposite. That season 1 & 2 were fantastic, with season 3 being quite poor in comparison. Season 4 is definitely a return to form though. Fantastic show.

hmmm 2 was good, 3 was a bit poor, 4 is amazing!

Yeah I got a bit bored with the Irish thing. It was good to start with but meandered a little too much I thought.

Omg I'm addicted to this show! one of my favourite all time shows!

Season 1 was amazing, so was season 2, season 3 was good although I'll admit it seemed a bit slow, there was more politics involved than actual action.

I'm now on season 4 and watched 5 episodes today. I'm just starting to watch episode 11, getting pretty damn good with all the drama!

For those who don't know, the guy who plays Otto is Kurt Sutter who wrote most of The Shield and also Sons. He is also married to Katey Sagal who plays Gemma.

yeah and seriously grab the shield and stick with it, 7 short seasons of brilliant TV, that just gets better and better. you will also see 4 or 5 faces from sons

The Shield is excellent, so underrated. You rightly mentioned a lot of familiar faces....Dutch, Lem, Aceveda, Ronnie...i'm sure there is another.

I'm not actually liking Season 4 as much as I did all the previous ones, its gone a bit too over the top for my tastes. Its still a great show, just this series doesnt live up to the previous ones in my opinion.

I am interested to see what happens with Jax / Clay now, I just can't see them killing off Clay, the tension between him and Jax is pretty much what makes the show.

Question for all the "Shield" fans out there, you've said Ronnie is in Sons... who?

Yeah a small part. Not sure i agree i think season 4 has been the best and season 3 was the weekest of the four
