The only thing I can see is that you have ram that is XMP 3.0 which is for Intel systems.

You want the ram that says EXPO in it.

These are XMP and EXPO - Black Coloured

Just EXPO

pardon i dont no anything about amd so the kingston fury would be better for this system..

There's also a MSI ventus 4070 non-Super for £470.
Considered putting that in, but seeing as the OP budgeted for a super i added that instead. (plus reading comparison reviews, people seem to think it is worth paying the extra)

Was tempted to put the 4070ti in but thought they may have budget constraints and never thought to change the rest of the components. :p

Thats a nice spec you have put together, including the missing NVME drive. ;)

Thanks! It felt wrong to leave that out :D

It was £450 a few days ago, which I thought was a nice price against the Super, £470 is getting more tricky, but if it was my money? I'd still pick it over the Super.

It's just black....like most other boards?
I'm talking about the gigabyte one in the original post btw
I didn't see that 1, was looking at the Asus board.

God knows why its so much, does not even have PCIE gen 5, has gen 5 x 1 for storage.

I've been looking at

Which come with gen 5 on PCIE and storage

Board I've got, most recommended in the mid range I'd say.

If OP is looking for a b650, the as Pg lightening is the one to go for id say

If the OP was to stick with their original choice of psu and case I don't think that the Lian Li Edge psu will work in that case.

ah please dont tell me that its getting built at 5.30 today ..
Can't see why it wouldn't work.

There looks to be plenty of room for that type of PSU and cable installation/management should be a breeze. (unless pastymuncher has spotted something)

So it's all together working but I can't install windows 10 or 11 . The partitions on the disk selected for installation to gpt disks goto Microsoft. Com and search for gpt? Can anyone help .
