Yes, you could say that! Lots of Sony products over the Christmas period. Haven't got much hair to start with! Got to go, phones ringing, that will be another customer questioning the Sony letter they have received! Oh And a customer has just called into the shop, with a Sony letter in hand! But were here to help!

No problem, its not your fault, we can understand getting that letter could be quite worrying for customers. Please don't hesitate to call us if we can be of assistance.

Just to let others know, I have used UK optics a couple of times myself.
Bought my D7000 from them over 2 years ago & also visited their unit in Clitheroe for the odd bits.
From personal experience I can recommend them.
