Hopefully it's delayed for a month or two like most SE phones, that way it will just be coming out when my contract is up... (and hopefully there are a few spec upgrades too, otherwise it's going to be a bit of a mediocre phone when released tbh).

Im the device tester for Proximus, so we get the devices very early

It also seems to be underclocked atm, only 600 Mhz instead of the full 1Ghz which is causing some lag

Feb 18 2010 is the date quote for release, sim free. I am not sure about any of the networks yet.

am I the only one interested in the new X2? Windows Mobile 6.5 version? can't see a thread anywhere about it.

I thought they'd given up on it but looks like Jan launch... and fingers crossed looks like they've fixed many of the niggles with the X1.
