Sony Motion Controller delayed

This looks just as awful as Natal. I'll will eat my hat though if either of them turn out more than a slightly enhanced Wii type gimmick.

from what i'm hearing about Natal from a dev, the accuracy is not there and with them removing a chip from the hardware (Natal) and now dependening on 360 to do more of the grunt work, it will not easily (if at all) be fitted onto say the latest FPS style games. Natal is looking more and more like a devise to play Wii party games as well as it's possible use on the multi-media side of things.

while the Sony wand is looking to offer hope to those who want hardcore Wii games with the power of PS3. although Sony recently removed the stick from the wand, so those games people were looking forward to playing might just not work as most would have wanted without the stick to move your character around.

Ill be bored of it like i was with the wii after few weeks no doubt. I find current control method quite enough.

IMO i cant imagine trying to play any fps/fighters/drivers game`s with motion control as i dont think its advanced enough.

The PS3 wand looked to be superior in the E3 demos.
Also with PS3 Eye being much better than the MS Camera havin auto focus and face recognition, will Natal have these features?

Interesting to read above it may not have a stick/handle but surely these would be as efective with a wrist strap, worn like a watch and then with a wireless (not wii style corded) controller for the hand and action buttons.

Additionally why hasnt any FPS used head tracking with the PS3 Eye yet?
