The 100D is one of Canons best DSLRs IMO, massively underrated.
It weighs 400g, that is 200g less than the A7mkII (it also has a significantly smaller volume) and you get a OVF and dedicated PDAF with native support for the entire Canon EF and EF-S lens line ups. It is also dirt cheap.
Of course like the rest of canon APS-C cmaeras it would be nice to get a new sensor form Sony, and obviously this is crop not FF but I think the compromise make sense.
The Sony FE lenses are relatively slow, the Sony FE 24-70mm is f/4.0 but you could attach a Tamron 17-50mm to the 100D and get very similar Dof and low light performance in a smaller, much cheaper package that is 200g lighter.
As above chuck in some small primes and you are golden.
Wish Nikon would have something as small TBH. The D3300 is a similar weight but slightly bulkier. If Nikon could trim the D3300 down a little and make it pro orientated instead of dummy orientated then i would snap on up. With Nikon excellent f/1.8 prime line up from 20mm to 85mm you have fairly lethal camera setup.
