Sorry,yet another ebay thread :(

Well we are still emailing each other, he hasnt mentioned the faulty lens again and said all he wants is the manual and cd. However im worried that he will shaft me with bad feedback so I said I will send them as soon as I receive feedback.

I think he needs them to sell them on again. Lot to be said for the bloody members market, at least most people on here have common sense.

Id cancel your direct debit to paypal for a start. They may claim these funds from you if he wins and let him keep the item, seen it happen a few times.

For two, if he wants to get funny tell him to return for a full fefund and have it done with, if he sends it back faulty then you can claim against him.. Owned :D

Keep us posted.

he needs the manual and cd, surely this guy hasn't heard of the INTERNET? :p

He has bought it to sell on at a profit.

You sold the camera as described? What more is there to do?

As a precaution, anything I sell on ebay has its serial number noted and if possible a picture taken of it working.

Take the money out of Paypal and cancel the DD. Make sure you do this NOW or as soon as they open as they WILL side with him, and you'll most likely lose the money or both.

Then tell him to return it, and you'll issue a refund. If he refuses, tell him to go do one. Then sell the camera on a proper site, like a camera forum.

I think he's trying to pull a fast one and get a free camera.

ive sold loads of stuff where people say its faulty or DOA, i just tell them to send it back at their own expense it will be tested, and if not returned in the original condition ie its been tampered with or misused it will be returned, never hear nothing from them again, theyre just trying it on
