I think the silence from the mainstream media tells us everything we need to know. It doesn’t take 7+ hours to release the suspects name.

If they're 17, or at least claiming to be 17, as some are saying on social media, then it would require a judges order for the suspect to be 'officially' named.

Well labours answer is to have return agreements. Problem with that is, it would be impossible with countries like Syria and Afghanistan ect. That’s where Rwanda would have come in to play.
