What is going on in here...

It's unlikely we'll know what the reason / motive / background behind the attacks was for a few days, it's certainly not clear at the moment. Whatever the reason is, it should be dealt with accordingly.

The only reason that 'immigration' should come into question is whether both parents were known / assessed to be dangerous people or otherwise incapable of raising children at the point of entering the country (when the attacker was not even born). All we know about the family so far is some complimentary info from a neighbour but that doesn't really mean anything tbh. To be confirmed.

The only reason that the religious status of the attacker should come into question is whether he was indoctrinated somehow by an extremist religious group. To be confirmed.

The only reason that the political ideology status of the attacker should come into question is whether he was indoctrinated somehow by an extremist political group, or some sort of weird 'incel' hategroup. To be confirmed.

Social services / police / NHS should get sharply criticised if they knew about it and didn't do anything... but that's potentially because of a lack of resource. Again, to be confirmed.

So wtf are people actually protesting about?! It's fair enough to be upset and angry at the attacker but there ought to be a coherent rationale at least for anger beyond that.

Utter scumbags man, using something like this as an excuse to fight the police. Honestly people talk about deporting people, I'd deport these ignorant ***** in a heartbeat if any country would take the worthless pieces of ****

I think there is a general frustration with the way things are run in this country, and every incident flares up the blame game.

I'm not one for reaching for the Russia card. But there are suspicion by others better placed than me who say the name immediately posted on social media is very suspicious.

Because they get painted with labels and called names for things like asking for immigration to be controlled better.
