I think this space sim looks great & if it plays as well as it sounds & looks it should be a big hit.
I am very much looking forward to this.

does indeed look very nice from screenshots except that last one which is awful, but until a demo is released x3 wins hands down

oh ok cool. what do you spend most of your time doing?

Trade, get money buy carriers and battleships, 100+ m3 fighters kit em out nice go pick on some poor borons and wipe out their systems. :)

Or just pick on other ships and steal their ships by shooting at em till they bail and claiming their ships, and either flog em for cash or hop in and mess about in em.

I played rally trophy and that was a jowood game and wasnt bad. Not buggy not when i played it. Got another jowood game but cant remember which one. Also Aquanox 2 is a good game same as aquanox 1. (them space sims but under water lol)

This is looking tempting but badly bitten by Jowood in the past with buggy Traffic Giant and that other Railroad game they did. Also lot's of emphasis on the HDR graphics which I don't think my BFG 7600GT/OC supports?

Guess if the developer isn't in house it might be okay and the price one well known Jersey based supplier is quite reasonable.

Think I'll probably buy it, guess there's always the bay if it's crap.

Its an External developer which JoWood are simply publishing afaik.

And all the 7 series cards support HDR. :)

I'll keep an eye on this :)

Having dropped several hundred hours of my life playing x2 and x3 though, its got quite a lot to live up to!

Is x3 much better then x2? I gave up on X2 finding it very poor. Must take a look at x3 and this new game. Jowood don’t bother me as I like a lot of there games.

Started playing X2 earlier, had it come free with a graphics card and haven't got around to trying it....

Always wanted an excuse to use my joystick!
