Apparently it's too difficult to hook up the blue flag SW and the DRS checker, so it can be off anyone.

Vettel is getting a serious shift on out the last corner, Hamilton is just keeping up with him using DRS.

One good hook up out of the last bend or Vettel running a bit wide and Hamilton will mug him down the straight.

You can use it if you are within a second of any car at the marker.

Which is why you see some guys not overtaking backmarkers when they could do so easily so they can get the DRS, then overtake them immediately and use the DRS with a clear bit of track
