There was a very bored looking Marshall on that replay, not holding a flag, so I reckon no.

Button isn't on softs now.
They put him onto softs as he flatspotted the hard tyres, and he's been unable to keep them up to temperature this weekend anyway.

DigiFlags were working though. I think he was past before the flags, but that hasn't stopped penalties before.
