Is he on balance worth it? That's a question for Haas.

Did he improve? Or did the car lose performance so he was involved in fighting less often and less far up the grid to cause major incidents like this? He was still spinning under safety cars and hit Maldonado either here maybe or maybe Hungary. He's an idiot, he's just less dangerous in a less fast/competitive car imo. He both had less performance to do damage with and less to gain by risking it. When you're fighting over 12th you risk less than if you're fighting over 5th.
