His budget is ~ £1100, wants it to most things pretty well. Quite a bit of Gaming, but only on a single monitor @ 1080p. I've left room for upgrade options in the future.
I suggested a Silver Arrow or Noctua NH-D14 (But he insists on a water kit :rolleyes:)
Any possible improvements or savings suggestions welcome :D

You have the OcUK H2FLO for £35. That's basically a H60, then he gets his watercooling wishes :)

Can spend the rest of the money to a 6950 TOXIC. The HAFX is good, ma-hoo-ssive, but look up the 600T white, the 650D, the Silverstone Ravens. If he likes a big case, the Xigmatek Elysium as well. It's gigantic.

The TX850 is a bit overkill. A 750 will do the job for Xfire. A 650W is enough for a single card.

Hell, even a TP-550 will do. A 6970 overclocked system pulls 400W max. I pull 420W, at the plug with a 1055T overclocked, 560ti, furmark + Prime95 all kicking off. But you have the budget :)

I think the rest is pretty standard fair. :D

Made a couple of alterations, he likes this case better. Added a Blu-Ray player too ;)
