Not as good as a good air cooler, but if you went for tall RAM such as the Kingston Beast stuff then the Kuhler wont have any fitment issue due to the RAMS height.

Edit..also consider that your motherboard is suppose to be a bit handy when it comes to overclocking, so might want to consider a air cooler that will perform better than one of the cheaper closed loop water coolers.

If you think you will settle on a moderate 4.0-4.5Ghz overclock then this £40 Corsair unit should cope ok - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18490728

But pick low profile RAM for those as they are huge.

Just had a look at them Stulid. Bit too expensive mate. Looking at something in the £30/£40 range

Not sure, had a look around but cant tell what the max height avalible is.

the case is still able to accept coolers up to 160mm in height. The cooler shown below is the Zalman CNPS14X, measuring in at 159.3mm. It fits but only just.

The K2 - 160mm

Shinobi Window maximum CPU cooler height = 165mm
Shinobi maximum CPU cooler height = 167mm

The 612S is 163mm tall ( I have one here, a lot of metal for the £32 asking price)

It is a good'un.

The windowed version includes one more 120mm fan than the non-windowed version.

I don't know what cooler will fit in a Z9

There are smaller coolers avalible but they arent as good as the truly great ones below,

Dont really want a massive cooler just one thats effective at cooling my i5 3570k at up to 5 ghz. But I suppose I would need something on the large side to be able to do that?
