Spec me a 12 pin power cable for RTX 3090 FE

Mine is the same with only 6 of 8 pins in each of the 2 PSU connectors used. I was concerned but I did a quick comparison to the official Corsair one and again there are only 6 of 8 used. Which makes sense as 6+6=12 ...? Used mine for months with a 3080 FE no problems.

So what's the conclusion with these, are they safe to use as i have a few people lined up to buy mine or else its going in the bin.

I've been using mine with no issue and all the ones I've found images of use 6 wires from each of two eight pin blocks into the 12 pin. The new Asus Thor PSU on videocardz today is 2 x 6 into 12. The official seasonic one is the same as are the mod type ones I've seen.

Right o, i'll reopen my for sale thread then if what we have is the same and there's no issue. I never got to test mine since i never got a FE card but if someone else can make use of it.

Obviously mention which PSU the cable is designed for, as it seems that all PSU brands configure it differently.

Good point, cablemod used to have a compatibility chart on their website last I looked. Point people at that and it's up to them to do due dilligence. I ordered mine for an Asus PSU that's a rebranded and buffed Seasonic. No issues.
