Meh. I struggle to tell one Smirnoff from another. It isn't a patch on any of the others pictured.
Nice Kezie food too, they should have given me some money for the advertising I did.

I got gifted one of those recently too, although mine is rye vodka and 500ml whereas that is apparently potato and 700ml, hmm

Yeah, that's what I thought. It rings a bell but not sure if I've had it. I'm not a big fan of Smirnoff in any form, be it straight or to be used as a mixer. It's not nice enough to be drank straight and it doesn't mix at all well.
Pssst, guess what? Taste is a subjective sense.
Whilst we didn't chronicle it online, a few mates and I also did a blind test.
Smirnoff Black, Absolut Blue, Grey Goose, Stoli Gold, Belvedere and Skyy.
Goose and Skyy joint top, then Belv, Stoli, Absolut and Smirnoff.
Looking at you examples, maybe the yanks get a different version of Goose, I've certainly always found it smoother than Absolut and Smirnoff.

Then get some Ketel One down your neck
and if that aint smooth enough then have a whip round and try Ciroc 
Interesting that they were all at room temperature though. If I had the cash I'd try this myself - once at room temp and again from the freezer.

Having a few leaving drinks for a friend at work tomorrow and wanted to get him a bottle of vodka. Spending up to £20 available from a supermark (either Waitrose, Morrisons or Tesco). What would you suggest?

Being Russian, and a heavy drinker have never tryed that, nor did i see it anywhere, deffo on my list now, cheers
OP, limited edition absolute is lovely as well
